Vietnam Happy Fest 2025 will take place over three days in December in central Hanoi. The festival is curated as a creative journey called the Road to Happiness, featuring a series of artistic and interactive experiences along Hoan Kiem Lake.
Key activities include a film room themed Moments of Happiness, a photo exhibition showcasing award-winning works from Happy Vietnam competitions, digital photo booths, and the Vietnam Happy Mailbox where visitors can leave personal messages. Interactive brand showcases and the symbolic Happiness Tree will provide spaces for visitors to share memories and aspirations.
The programme also features a themed talk on happiness, focusing on personal growth and emotional well-being. The Happiness Lens space will bring together photographers from both Vietnam and abroad to share perspectives and guide visitors in capturing everyday moments.
Creative challenges in photography, videography and painting will invite participants to express their ideas and spread the message of Happy Vietnam across social platforms.
A highlight of the festival is the celebration of eighty couples representing eighty years of the national journey of Independence, Freedom and Happiness. These couples will join a collective wedding ceremony, followed by a special performance that blends their personal images with music and light.
Humanitarian activities include the Sharing Drops of Life blood donation programme, reinforcing the message of compassion and community care.
Throughout the three evenings, acoustic bands and dance groups will bring energy to the pedestrian streets. The Vietnam Happy Concert 2025 will close the festival with a large-scale artistic performance honouring Vietnam’s cultural spirit and welcoming the journey toward Happy Vietnam 2026.
Before closing, the event will unveil the national Happiness Symbol video, broadcast simultaneously across LED screens nationwide.
The decision takes effect from the date of signing, with relevant departments and agencies responsible for implementation.
