Novotel Nha Trang Launches a Greener Festive Season

On December 5, Novotel Nha Trang officially introduced its festive theme for the year, titled Greener Christmas and Happy New Year, carrying the message “Green Wishes, Bright Futures”. The initiative highlights sustainability, hope and positive values for the future, marking a proud milestone as the hotel achieved the internationally recognized Green Key certification for sustainable development in August.

The centerpiece of this year’s celebration is a distinctive Christmas tree crafted from bamboo and rattan. This environmentally friendly symbol also pays tribute to Vietnamese cultural heritage. Decorative elements throughout the hotel are created using natural materials with minimal plastic use, paired with warm lighting to evoke a modern yet gentle atmosphere that remains closely connected to nature.

A charity fair is held annually on the Christmas tree lighting day, featuring sustainability-focused themes such as handmade Christmas decorations from recycled materials, festive cuisine prepared with locally sourced ingredients, and baking workshops for children with disabilities. All proceeds from the fair are donated to the Khanh Hoa Center for Rehabilitation and Education of Children with Disabilities and Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation, a non-governmental organization dedicated to rescuing street children, as well as children and women affected by human trafficking.

Alongside the festive decorations, Novotel Nha Trang presents two signature dining events during the holiday season, including the Greener Christmas Eve celebration and the New Year’s Eve countdown party.

On December 24, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, the Greener Christmas Eve Buffet brings together international cuisine and traditional holiday flavors. Guests can enjoy more than 60 signature dishes, including roasted turkey, Spanish Serrano ham, French bulot snails, Hokkaido octopus, grilled Angus beef tenderloin, Australian beef ribs, Phu Yen blue swimmer crab and Ca Mau mud crab.

The Christmas Eve experience is enhanced with carol performances, a welcome cocktail, live music, a visit from Santa Claus and festive surprise gifts, creating a warm and joyful holiday atmosphere.

The New Year’s Eve Party takes place on December 31 from 6:00 PM until late at Aqua Lobby, designed with a nature-inspired concept. From this vantage point, guests can admire the vibrant coastal city at night while enjoying an unobstructed view of the New Year’s fireworks display.

Tickets for the two gala evenings are priced at VND 1,550,000 per person, inclusive of one alcoholic beverage, beer or soft drinks throughout the dining experience, as well as all taxes and service charges. Guests who reserve at least one day in advance are eligible for a discount of up to 15 percent.
