Sofitel Saigon Plaza Unveils a Festive Line Up for the 2025 Holiday Season

The 2025 Holiday Season at Sofitel Saigon Plaza is inspired by the theme “A Stellar Christmas”, inviting guests to indulge in elegant afternoon teas, a refined collection of Bûche de Noël, warm Christmas celebrations, and a vibrant New Year’s Eve countdown party.

A sweet and stylish December festive season

Le Sucré pâtisserie introduces its Bûche de Noël Collection, featuring beautifully handcrafted Christmas log cakes by renowned Chef Robin. The collection offers three creative flavors including gingerbread, pecan and mango, as well as chocolate and vanilla. Cakes are available in various sizes, from smaller portions for three to four guests to larger cakes for six to eight guests. Advance orders are required, with delivery available from 16 to 31 December 2025.

Throughout the festive season, Boudoir Lounge becomes the perfect retreat to unwind while enjoying sparkling festive cocktails and mocktails. Inspired by the City of Light, these bespoke creations are served in an elegant setting that reflects classic French charm.

Christmas Eve Gala Dinner on 24 December 2025

Families are invited to gather for a memorable Christmas Eve with a Seafood and International Buffet Dinner at Mezz Restaurant, served from 18:30 to 22:30. The lavish spread highlights fresh Vietnamese seafood alongside festive international favorites such as lobster, fresh Nha Trang oysters, Ca Mau crab prepared with seasonal sauces, herb crusted sea bass with citrus notes, and a selection of themed holiday desserts. Guests may enhance their experience with optional beverage packages featuring unlimited Champagne Pommery Brut Royal, wine, beer, and soft drinks.

For a more refined dining experience, Le 17 Bistro presents an exquisite six course French inspired set menu. Highlights include grilled Nha Trang lobster, caviar, winter vegetables with Champagne sauce, dry aged duck breast with mashed celeriac, honey glazed orange carrots with grape sauce, and a Christmas log cake with chocolate mousse. The dinner is served from 18:30 to 22:30, with an optional wine pairing available.

Christmas Day experiences on 25 December 2025

From 12:00 to 15:00 on Christmas Day, Mezz Restaurant offers an international brunch buffet combining premium seafood and festive specialties such as lobster, fresh Nha Trang oysters, Ca Mau crab, and foie gras pâté. Set in a warm and joyful Christmas atmosphere, the brunch is ideal for family gatherings, with optional upgrades including unlimited Champagne Pommery, wine, beer, and soft drinks.

Le 17 Bistro welcomes guests for Christmas lunch with a refined five course French set menu, where each dish celebrates the spirit of the season. Highlights include French duck liver pâté, chestnut cream soup with truffle, and grilled Nha Trang lobster. Lunch is served from 11:30 to 14:30 on Christmas Day, with an optional premium wine pairing.

At ST25 by KOTO, guests can enjoy a special eleven course Vietnamese dinner served from 18:30 to 22:30. The menu is thoughtfully designed for Christmas night, honoring traditional Vietnamese flavors through a modern and festive presentation.

New Year’s Eve dining on 31 December 2025

Families can welcome the New Year with a spectacular seafood buffet dinner at Mezz Restaurant on New Year’s Eve. The menu showcases an abundance of ocean delicacies alongside festive favorites such as Canadian and Nha Trang oysters prepared in various styles and roasted salmon. The dinner takes place from 18:30 to 22:30, with optional beverage upgrades including unlimited Champagne Pommery, wine, beer, and soft drinks.

Alternatively, Le 17 Bistro offers a refined six course set menu for the final night of the year, combining French culinary artistry and precise techniques to welcome 2026 in an elegant and memorable way. Dinner is served from 18:30 to 22:30, with an optional premium wine pairing.

Following the dining experiences, guests are invited to join the lively New Year’s Eve Countdown Party at S Pool Bar, located by the rooftop swimming pool. From 21:30 until 01:00 on 1 January 2026, the celebration features energetic music, premium drinks, and a festive atmosphere under the Saigon night sky. Admission includes one welcome drink.

The bar also offers premium beverage packages for groups wishing to elevate their celebration, ranging from full Champagne Pommery packages to Champagne paired with vodka or whisky, as well as 1664 Blanc draft beer served with fresh fruit or French fries at the table. Guests attending the countdown party will also have the chance to participate in an exciting lucky draw on New Year’s Eve.
