Park Hyatt to Debut First Resort in Vietnam at Phu Quoc in Early 2026

Phu Quoc, Vietnam – Hyatt Hotels has announced the launch of its first Park Hyatt-branded resort in Vietnam, with the opening of Park Hyatt Phu Quoc Residences scheduled for the first quarter of 2026. The development marks a milestone in Hyatt’s expansion strategy across the Asia-Pacific region, where nearly 90 new properties are expected to open within the next five years.

Situated along Phu Quoc’s white sandy coastline and backed by the lush hills of Ra-Da Mountain, Park Hyatt Phu Quoc Residences will feature 65 exclusive villas in three categories: Beach Villas, Lake Villas, and Hill Villas. Each residence is designed to maximize natural views while reflecting traditional Vietnamese architecture, inspired by communal houses, three-compartment village homes, and terraced rice fields.

The resort combines heritage-inspired design with modern luxury, offering six-star services and facilities. Highlights include a collection of fine dining restaurants, a holistic wellness spa, and exclusive privileges for villa owners.
